Treatey – Tomorrow

Read Time:2 Minute, 8 Second

Hello everyone!

Welcome to a new post! As you might have read in my last post, today is the day I released my fourth single. The song is called ‘Tomorrow’. Earlier this year, I released ‘Thank you’, ‘Catalyze’ and ‘Ship Has Sailed’. Make sure to check those out as well if you haven’t already! There are also posts about those songs if you like to read those!

The style of my new song is a bit different than the style of my earlier songs. While the song still uses a lot of piano, the vocals are a bit different. The song really has a certain kind of ‘mood’ to it. You can listen to it with different kind of mindsets. You can interpret it for instance as optimistic, but you can also listen to it with a sad mindset.

The song starts out with the chorus. A part of the chorus can be heard below.

Part of the chorus

The song is called ‘Tomorrow’. So, of course, ‘Tomorrow’ is one of the words that are in the verse. The following is a part of the lyrics: “Live like it’s today, think about tomorrow, forget yesterday”. I think that this is an important message. You have to live in the present. Just do what you always wanted to do. However, do think about the consequences (think about tomorrow). And while you, of course, shouldn’t forget the past completely, you shouldn’t let your way of living be based on it too much. Forgive and forget, don’t dwell on the past.

After the chorus, the first verse starts. The verse is a kind of in-between of regular vocals and rap. The same goes for the second verse. A part of the second verse can be heard below.

So, there we have it! My new single ‘Tomorrow’. It’s available everywhere (YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, iTunes, etc.). I hope you like listening to it! If you do, consider sharing it with someone you think that would like it. Also, comment something below if you like :). I’d love to hear from you.

That’s all for today. I’ll ‘see’ you next time!
